Specific titles aren’t listed, but the chart does have games organized alphabetically, which does help narrow down what they could be. The list is alphabetical so you can fill in some of the gaps already 37 is Majora, 32 is Smash, 33 is Wave Race, 14-16 is Mario Party, etc.
Going by the game IDs there are at least 38 N64 titles planned for NSO. Initial datamining from the N64 app is somewhat fruitful. Specifically, there’s mention of “at least 38 N64 titles,” as well as “at least” 52 Sega Genesis/Mega Drive games. Interestingly, what they’ve found is listings for numerous N64 and Sega Genesis titles beyond the initial launch lineup, which includes the likes of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Super Mario 64 and Sonic the Hedgehog 2. If you have nothing but like a core set, then here's my recommended buying guide for starting Scum.
2 Ys, 2 Zs, and an HWK could work as well if you use generics for the Ys and Zs. Assuming you have a Y-wing and a Firespray already, along with a few important upgrade cards like EU and TLT, you can do Boba or Kath with VI, EU, some crew, maybe some ordnance, and then 2 TLT unhinged Ys. It is more of a "turn some ships you already have into scum as well" expansion, with 3 ships and cards for 3 other ships. If the only Scum ships you'll have are the 3 from most wanted, no, you can't build a 100 point list. That depends on whether you already have any Y-wings, HWK, or Firespray for your rebels or imperials.
